Christine and her husband Matthew met as camp counselors here in the foothills of Dunlap California.


She's an artist, He's a carpenter and fly fishing enthusiast.


Christine also enjoys wild foraging, gardening, herbal medicine, and much more.

Matthew is a hiker, hunter, and fun trail guide, he makes his own fishing rods, and ties his own dry flies

Together they home-school their five children and live in a little blue barn house in Squaw Valley, Fresno county. Christine teaches art lessons, and Matthew is training to become an electrician.


They're a "Do-It-Yourself" kind of family!
